Who we are

This website is operated by the seller named in the footer (TODO(client): registered legal name, address and GSTIN), an inventory e-commerce entity selling its own stock woven in Bhagalpur, Bihar.

Products and descriptions

We state the fibre of the warp and weft for every product. "Silk Mark", "Handloom" and "Bhagalpur Silk (GI)" are shown only where we hold the matching label or qualification. Handwoven pieces vary slightly in colour and texture; these variations are part of the craft, not defects.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping, cash-on-delivery and gift-wrap charges are shown before you pay. A struck-through prior price is shown only when the item was genuinely sold at that price.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is captured, or for cash on delivery when you confirm the order with us. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a piece is unavailable.

Grievances

Contact our Grievance Officer through the grievance page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
