We offer an exchange or store credit with free reverse pickup. If you prefer, we refund to your original payment method.

Not returnable

Fabric cut to your length, stitched-to-measure items and made-to-order pieces (except for defects), and items marked final sale before purchase.

Quality check

Returned pieces are checked for wear, perfume, stains and removed labels before a refund or credit is issued. For damage or wrong-item claims, please share an unboxing video.
