What we collect

Your name, contact details and delivery address to fulfil orders; payment status from our payment gateway (we never see or store card details); and, only if you agree, analytics cookies.

Consent, purpose by purpose

We ask separately for order updates, marketing by email, WhatsApp or SMS, and analytics. Marketing is always opt-in. You can withdraw any consent from your account as easily as you gave it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data from the privacy page in your account. Records we must keep by law, such as tax invoices, are retained for the required period.
